- A pneumatic cylinder combined with a transmission lever system gives balance to the load weight.
- The cylinder force works through two pneumatic circuits purposely arranged: the first one keeps the weight system balanced, the second one keeps the weight load balanced.
The Dalmec Partner PS is a rigid-arm pneumatic industrial manipulator that lets a single operator handle loads up to 300kg with virtually no physical effort, including tilts and rotations for precise placement. Like every Dalmec system it runs entirely on compressed air and is supplied with custom gripping tooling engineered around the specific product being handled. In Australia and New Zealand the Partner PS is supplied, installed and serviced by VLM, Dalmec’s exclusive distributor, and each installation is documented as an engineering control under the Work Health and Safety Act.
