The Dalmec Partner EQUO is a rigid-arm pneumatic industrial manipulator that lets a single operator handle heavy, off-centre loads up to 550kg with virtually no physical effort. Like every Dalmec system it runs entirely on compressed air and is supplied with custom gripping tooling engineered around the specific product being handled. In Australia and New Zealand the Partner EQUO is supplied, installed and serviced by VLM, Dalmec’s exclusive distributor, and each installation is documented as an engineering control under the Work Health and Safety Act.
Description
- Unique gripping tools allows heavy & off-set loads to be moved in any direction.
- Its modular structure has been designed to resist the torsions resulting from this stress.
- The cylinder force works through two pneumatic circuits purposely arranged: The first one keeps the weight system balanced and the second one keeps the weight load balanced.
- The operator is able to operate the load applying minimum force on the gripping tool.
